Orders received after 2 p.m. (EST) generally ship next business day.

Our SentryKIDS® FingerTIPS™ software systems, as well as our MyChildSafetyID™ ship directly from our offices in Charlotte, North Carolina via USPS Priority mail to customers with the United States. The total standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Other products may ship directly from their manufacturer and/or separate warehouses. These products will be delivered via the method chosen at checkout.

Returns are accepted on the SentryKIDS® FingerTIPS™ software systems, as well as our MyChildSafetyID™ for forty-five (45) days from the date of shipment from our office. All returns must be communicated to our staff PRIOR to the recipient shipping them. All products and packaging must be returned in order to receive a proper and timely refund.
